Thats what matters at the end of the day...

If anybody was skeptical about the power of impossible and joy of giving, Shwas kids of Gulbai tekra will assure you and make you believe in the values of giving unconditionally and loving incredibly.

Jaitun, project leader who has been serving the Gulbai Tekra community as  a volunteer for last 3 years announced at the project about the joy of giving week  and all the kids were full of doubts that how can we gift, sir - 'we don’t have money'.

Kinjal and a few other volunteers explained the concept of joy of giving week to the kids and came up with an idea of gifting paper bags as token of love with a message of spreading environmental awareness.

A few of us were really doubtful if anybody would accept these paper bags and Diyas because they dint have a professional touch. It was a challenge for us to develop the experimental understanding and believe in our Yuva values - unbeatable faith, rekindling kindness and spreading smiles.

The kids with all their creative juices and adrenaline at the peak prepared paper bags, went to each store explaining the concept and gifted the same. The outcome was unpredictable. The shop keepers were pleased, looking at the kids’ compassion towards mankind and environment and passion to be the change.

The Positive ripples of generosity knew no bound. People from various sections of society gave open-heartedly and the kids reaped the benefit. The kids received free medical health care from Doctor with a few advices, and medicines. The kids being raised up in not-so-educated community often tend to have vices at a very young age like, 3-5 years. Dr. Himanshu Joshi made the kids take oath to forbid tobacco and in return gifted toys. Neeta Joshi contributed by gifting her time, love and clothes with a gang of school kids.

Besides this, a free hair cut from most exclusive salon made the kids’ day. With all the pictures being clicked before and after the hair cut, the kids felt like a star with their new makeover!

There was more in store for the kids. They danced their heart out, sang out loud and enjoyed the Maggie party with Camp fire J

The experience produced ripples which were limitless, imbibed faith which was unshakeable, illustrated the beauty of spirit of humility, and taught us aspect of pure action!
