'Aha' moment of the week

Today me and a friend visited Unnati School, a low income school where my grandfather served as a Teacher for more than 10 years.  We were to discuss with the principal of the school regarding one of the philanthropy projects by Design4School which aims to bridge the education divide by providing their curriculum through philanthropy approach to municipal schools, NGOs and low income schools and through paid approach to private schools .

We were waiting for the meeting with Principal inside his office. Meanwhile we could listen to the conversation he was having with one of the peons. She was an old lady and was requesting if the Principal could waiver the fees or atleast let go the delay. My friend was moved and she told me that she would like to help the lady with fees but anonymously. After our meeting we figured out who was the class teacher of her kid and asked the class teacher the total amount of fees. We asked if we could help that lady with the fees. The teacher insisted to hand it over to the peon. We had an interaction with the lady peon and my friend realized she dint have total amount required for the fees she had 1/3rd of the total , she handed it over to the old lady and requested to accept it as token of love. The old lady with a smile on her face accepted it :)
