Our Disciplinary Tree!!!

Kid's lack of discipline and irregularity in studies worried Jaina and Mitali. So both of them came up with an idea that would motivate students to routinely revise their lessons after school and to focus on studies. A tree with kids fav birds and flowers was put in front of them and they were asked to select their favorite bird or a flower and write on it the number of hours a day they would spend learning sincerely and total percentage they would like to score for their finals!

Mitali and Jaina patiently helped the kids to mention every detail about their schedule and score they aspired for. This tree will remain in an area in their community where kids study together so that it reminds them how hard they have to study to achieve what they aspire.
